Food fanatics can also enjoy tasting the great local produce the area is famed for! The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: one master king-size with TV located on the ground floor and 1 cosy single room located on the first floor and accessed via the king-size room. Bathroom: with feature freestanding bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: lovely open-plan living space with vaulted ceiling and TV/DVD. Kitchen area country style fitted kitchen with gas cooker and hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and lockable storage located outside and adjacent to the property. Outside: gravelled patio area with garden furniture and lawn extending beyond this to the rear of the property. Access to the owner s 22 acres of land. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric and central heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor) included. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking anywhere on the farm. Additional info: regret no children or infants. Please note that due to the age of the property the stairs up to the bathroom are relatively steep and an uneven tread. As such it is not suitable for those with limited mobility or the elderly. Location: beach 16 miles pub 1.5 miles and selection of pubs shops and eateries in Cullompton 3 miles.
